What do you like best? Pipeline helps organize our customers and allows for us to disseminate information to our employees. What do you dislike? The customer service can sometimes be lacking. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to keep a better tally on payments and it keeps our goals and follow ups organized.

The communication among coworkers is simple and rather than receiving hundreds of emails, anyone is able to read and gather information anytime on a customers page What do you dislike? Place to track every daily activity, note, and meeting.

What do you like best? It keeps records well, and keeps deals fresh so nothing falls through the cracks. What do you dislike? Sometimes it's tough to sift through older notes, as they fall way down the funnel. Search by date might be nice. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Less falls through the cracks by tracking deals, and closing those deals once they're won.
