PipeDrive does it all for us

We use PipeDrive for our organisation of 8 team members. We've set up PipeDrive to not only track our sales but we use it very successfully for tracking the progress of a project with our clients. The automation is brilliant with it sending emails to clients and team members at the appropriate time. The templates for email as critical in saving time and making us all way more efficient. I've been using Pipedrive independently for almost 4 years. I enjoy all the features and organizational functions which helps me track and stay on top of my prospects. Pipedrive is very user friendly and offers basic to full-blown CRM functionality coupled with excellent service and support. I only use the basic features since I'm a lone wolf in the Company but I'm way ahead of my colleagues when it comes to staying on top of leads and closing sales thanks to Pipedrive

I have implemented and used Pipedrive in three different businesses over the past few years and highly recommend it for anyone selling capital equipment or project type sales. It's easy and intuitive to use on either desktop or the mobile app and the reporting is clear and provides everything you need to monitor KPI's and track activities. The only area that needs improvement is the synchronization between Pipedrive and Mailchimp.
