"Great seamless experience for hiring"

What do you like best about Pinpoint? First and foremost, the support team is always helpful. I have used their chat feature several times and used our direct account manager for assistance when we lost our main SME during a transition. Through those two resources, I succeeded with hiring candidates through Pinpoint's job board integrations. Secondly, I love the interface and the ease of use of the software. It is beautifully designed and very intuitive.

Pinpoint has massively streamlined our recruitment function. Gone are the days of tedious diary management, automating the interview invitations has freed up a lot of time and made for a smoother candidate experience. Some more integrations wouldn't go amiss but I know that's in the pipeline.

What do you like best about Pinpoint? There's so much to like about pinpoint, ease of setup and use, the support you get, the look and feel of the program. Ultimately what's been great for us is the money it's saved the business, not only by not using recruitment agencies so much but mainly in the time it saves us and the quality of candidates we have hired by creating a great candidate experience. What's invaluable is being able to create a talent pipeline of superstar candidates.

What do you like best about Pinpoint? PinPoint has created a centralized place for hiring managers to collaborate on open positions + candidates. We are able to pull robust reporting data to share back to our team about our hiring pipeline. And we have been able to put blind screening in place to improve our diversity screening. The efficiencies that PinPoint has created in our process is helping us scale our growing business quickly.
