Pinpointe Delivers
Pinpointe was my first foray into email marketing platforms beyond the MailChimp, ConstantContact bunch. After an exhaustive sourcing effort Pinpointe got the nod, with reservations, over a range of competitors.They won the business on price, deliverability and support. Pinpointe is perfect for creating emails that outperform the competition because of higher deliverability rates, pre-flight tools & robust reporting
I have worked with Pinpointe for over 6 years and they have always been super responsive to our needs. The UI is logical and easy to use with extraordinary reporting and statistics. Their support team is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with responses generally received within an hour. The deliverability is also better than any other system we have tested and they include great testing tools allowing for multi-variant/split testing. I own multiple businesses and use Pinpointe for all of them.The drag and drop email builder allows me to create emails easily without having to write HTML myself. The emails look good in multiple browsers.I much prefer phone support, but their chat support usually does the trick.

What do you like best about Pinpointe On-Demand? Tools that allow me to create campaigns without coding and to test and preview them in multiple browsers and email services (how will my it appear in Yahoo, Gmail, Outlook, etc).

What do you like best about Pinpointe On-Demand? Support is helpful. You typically get a reply within an hour and the support staff is very knowledgeable Inbox / Deliverability has been better than other systems we tested.
