Easy to use
What do you like best? Easy to use with a nice interface.The Out of Office feature is my favorite, especially with the seamless Google Calendar integration. What do you dislike? Small annoyances in the UI, sometimes too many clicks to do common things. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Pingboard helps our company keep track of who is in our organization, what they do, where they are, and most importantly, their work schedule/status.

Great way to maintain Org chart
What do you like best? I really like how Pingboard makes org charts easy and time off requests easy to manage. What do you dislike? I wish there was an easy way to look at time off requests for just a specific team or department. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time off request standard process.

What do you like best? How easy it is to use and how fast you are able to locate someone What do you dislike? there is nothing that I dislike about pingboard. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? being able to find someone very quickly, see who they are, what they look like has benefitted my communication

It's been great experience. A great interface to know whole organiation at one place.
What do you like best? I love the Org-Chart and Birthday reminders. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike about ping board. It's been great experince. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Making organization more accessible to all.

Good Org Chart and Directory
What do you like best? Pingboard is an easy-to-use tool for org charts and directories. The directory in particular is quite nice, visually speaking. I'm only a user (not a creator), but I've found it to be quite intuitive to use. What do you dislike? The org chart, while functional, isn't as "2020"-looking as the directory. Needs a visual update. Nice!
What do you like best? Easy to quickly find people within your company, know what their role is, and what team they're on. What do you dislike? Not many downsides, it's simple and easy to use. If I had to nit pick there was one time where I couldn't find a coworker by name even though I know they existed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to quickly have some context before going into meetings or conversations is really nice.

Pingboard helped me understand my organization better.
What do you like best? I love how intuitive the org chart and company directory search is. It's so easy to search for someone at my company and see where they fit into our org. What do you dislike? I don't like how pingboard doesn't list the direct title of an employee -- not sure if this is a pingboard limitation or restriction set up by my company. Very effective tool for finding members of my organization, easy to learn and use.
What do you like best? I like best is the ability to view the hierarchy of the organization What do you dislike? More categories and information on each member of the organization as well as filters to use on this information so as to make finding members of specific groups easier.
