What do you like best? Good support for standards and a well designed API. Very stable and performant. Good enterprise features including clustering/failover. Once configured properly, the software works very well. What do you dislike? Excellent Products and great company to deal with!

What do you like best? Ping Federate is easy to deploy and makes it easier for our employees to have one username/passwords for applications, makes it easy with authentication policies that most times our employees never see a sign-on prompt. Ping ID has also been easy to configure and is a nice MFA tool. We have not rolled it out to the whole company yet but the bet users love the ease of use. What do you like best? The interface is easy to use and works well without many hiccups. I was handed PingFederate by my company without any experience using federation servers or SSO previously and have grown to like the product more and more as I use it. Break/fix tickets get the utmost attention with their support team but even when I just needed some guidance their engineers have been more than willing to engage and give their expertise.
