What do you like best? Good support for standards and a well designed API. Very stable and performant. Good enterprise features including clustering/failover. Once configured properly, the software works very well. What do you dislike? OAuth connection configurations can be confusing, the way in which attribute contracts are fulfilled can be a little difficult to understance. What do you like best? Ping Federate is easy to deploy and makes it easier for our employees to have one username/passwords for applications, makes it easy with authentication policies that most times our employees never see a sign-on prompt. Ping ID has also been easy to configure and is a nice MFA tool. We have not rolled it out to the whole company yet but the bet users love the ease of use. What do you like best? Support for their products is amazing. Break/fix tickets get the utmost attention with their support team but even when I just needed some guidance their engineers have been more than willing to engage and give their expertise. What do you dislike? Cost is products is not cheap but for good reason I guess, their products do what they say they can do. So many vendors make promises and then don't deliver. What do you like best? Solid support and solid product. Expanding breadth of products can cover many IAM use cases. What do you dislike? Sometimes difficult to find documentation for specific use case. Open support ticket to handle this. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Identity products keep pace with needs. Listen to customers. Good people, easy to work with. Play nice with other vendors. What do you dislike?
