Former Customer, Employee, Partner, Now Customer(again)

What do you like best? Simplicity to get the platform up and running. The level of creativity you leverage to achieve complex goals. What do you dislike? Support site, and documentation. If you find a useful articledocument print it as a PDF. Links and content change at break neck pace. Recommendations to others considering the product: Generally a great product to work with. Only changes I faced are with documentationsupport portal. What problems are you solving ...

Go to Security Solution

What do you like best? I love the mobile app. I used to train employees on using the desktop application to copy and paste their new code for access. I recently started using the app on my phone and watch. Now, with a swipe, I'm authenticated and ready for work. Simple solutions. What do you dislike? No complaints so far about the PingID solution. Everything that I have used so far has worked brilliantly. Recommendations to others considering the product: Start with ...

PingFederate is an awesome SSO solution for our customers

What do you like best? PingFederate is very easy to setup, configure and establish federation with other identity providers seamlessly. What do you dislike? None. We ran into couple of minor issues when implementing PingFederate disaster recovery solution, but the support team is very professional enough to step in and helped us along the way. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We wanted our customers to authenticate against ...

The best in breed product for identity Federation.

What do you like best? Good support for standards and a well designed API. Very stable and performant. Good enterprise features including clustering/failover. Once configured properly, the software works very well. What do you dislike? OAuth connection configurations can be confusing, the way in which attribute contracts are fulfilled can be a little difficult to understance. The documentation on the site often has dead internal links. What problems are you solving with the ...

Excellent Products and great company to deal with!

What do you like best? Ping Federate is easy to deploy and makes it easier for our employees to have one username/passwords for applications, makes it easy with authentication policies that most times our employees never see a sign-on prompt. Ping ID has also been easy to configure and is a nice MFA tool. We have not rolled it out to the whole company yet but the bet users love the ease of use. Support from Ping is great and they respond to issues quickly and also are available to ...

Ping Review

What do you like best? Support for their products is amazing. Break/fix tickets get the utmost attention with their support team but even when I just needed some guidance their engineers have been more than willing to engage and give their expertise. What do you dislike? Cost is products is not cheap but for good reason I guess, their products do what they say they can do. So many vendors make promises and then don't deliver. Not the case with Ping, PingIdentity delivers! What ...

Sr. Manager of Advanced Authentication

What do you like best? Identity products keep pace with needs. Listen to customers. Good people, easy to work with. Play nice with other vendors. What do you dislike? Lagging behind in adaptive authentication for a few years, but that is changing. PingFed OAuth/OIDC implementation could be better. It is highly flexible but confusing to setup and maintain. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do it :) What problems are you solving with the product? What ...
