What do you like best about Pin Payments? Convenience is the best part of Pin Payments. You can take payments from customers any time, anywhere on any device.

What do you like best about Pin Payments? Pin payments is straight forward and easy to process one off payments that I need with my clients. Also simple to do refunds as I am involved in the disrupted travel industry.

"Perfect Merchant facility "
What do you like best about Pin Payments? being a part time business, that travels overseas and has customers in Australia, we have found PinPayments to be the best facility for cross border and domestic transactions. The fees are reasonable and not having a monthly fee is very attractive. Staff have been most helpful over the years, but to be honest, we don't have much interaction with the company as the system runs very smoothly.

"The worst payment provider"
What do you like best about Pin Payments? Pin were happy to accept charges for our customers. They told us we'd have funds within 3 days of customers making payments, unfortunately they decided not to do this and instead withhold funds. So far its been over 30 days since customers making the first payments and Pin have withheld thousands of dollars from us and refuse to pay it out. Additionally of this they regular ignore support tickets and take upwards of a week to respond only to be met ...
