Frustrating and not user friendly

What do you like best? Since the design options are so simple you don't waste time trying to make your pages/articles look better. What do you dislike? Formatting is a pain, and uploading images is a long process. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Able to maintain and upload blog articles on our website easily.
