What do you like best about Pilot? Pilot responds to emails quickly and listens to its clients' questions and issues. The best thing is that Pilot staff work like a team. No-brainer for new companies
If you are starting a new business, Pilot is a fantastic partner. They will off-load all of the bookkeeping/tax-related activity from your core business. Using Pilot from day 1 will also ensure you are following the best practices instead of some other home-grown process which doesn't scale.

If you are starting a new business, Pilot is a fantastic partner. They will off-load all of the bookkeeping/tax-related activity from your core business. Using Pilot from day 1 will also ensure you are following the best practices instead of some other home-grown process which doesn't scale.

"Automated bookkeeping is awesome"
What do you like best about Pilot? I like the automated nature of what they have to offer. What do you dislike about Pilot? While they got the job done, the tax side of the house I felt could have processed our taxes a little quicker. What problems is Pilot solving and how is that benefiting you? I no longer have to worry about my books; they are delivered on time every time. The reports are consistent and present an accurate picture of the state of affairs of the business.

What do you like best about Pilot? We have a small but consistent team of people who know and understand our business and manage the nuances monthly. They are responsive and make the extra effort to record things accurately. What do you dislike about Pilot? I wish the month end was delivered to us by the 10th. So I'd like to see improved speed in delivering our month end. What problems is Pilot solving and how is that benefiting you? Pilot closes our monthly books.
