What do you like best about Pilot? They are most helpful by taking full ownership of things in a way that allows me to rest easy. I appreciate the balance they strike between owning things and making sure I understand what they're doing to ensure it matches our business needs/processes/etc. What do you dislike about Pilot? What do you like best about Pilot? The people are very knowledgeable and helpful. What do you dislike about Pilot? I have not encountered anything yet within the Pilot system that concerns me. Pilot was able to get granular and help clean up our books extremely well. They are also a source of great information and advice.
