Piktochart offers a free site to waste all your time working on a project for school but won't allow you to save your work in order to submit it. I have wasted 3 days working on an assignment for university to be told I can't access it without paying $288 for a yr or $50 a month!! FOR ONE INFOGRAPH FOR SCHOOL!! I will never use this site again. EAT AN EGGPLANT YALL SUCK

Piktochart has amazing potential

Piktochart has amazing potential, but the constant bugs and glitches outweighs it. Piktochart has a wide variety of graphics and such, but the majority of them will cost you premium. This isn't that bad since almost every designing site does this now, but what really bothers me is how broken the save function is. My progress does not save, my work completely gone. Knowing how bad it is now worries me to complete long projects on this site, I could lose hours or even days of work so easily, ...

What's important to people to know is that they have to work hard and never give up!

They helped me very well and they also gave me an instructions on how to use PIKTOCHART. It is amazing!

Zero LGBTQ+ Inclusion

As a long-time user of Piktochart, I was surprised to find an unacceptable gap in their template offerings, specifically the lack of LGBTQ+ themed options. Despite the platform's wide range of diverse and inclusive templates covering various religious, racial, women’s gender equality topics, and even numerous global holidays, the absence of LGBTQ+ content is glaring. Once I got the hang of Piktochart it was a great tool. I began using it years ago when I taught infographics, and it worked well. My students could do everything they needed with the free version. Later I used the paid version to create the 2020, 2021, and 2022 Annual Reports for a Homeless Sanctuary I was with. Each year it got easier and better as I became more adept and the program added more features.

In the last 5 days, this software has been extremely temperamental ! Not downloading content in PowerPoint format, Deleting over 2Gb of uploaded content despite having a 100GB allowance. I sent over five emails to the customer service team without any response!
