Great app, but glitchy at times

Great app, only drawback it sometime s is a little glitchy and moves slow.

After starting this journey I find Pictory.ai a go to tool to spread my message and website. Still learning the in's and out's

If I could give 0/5 I would.

I was looking forward to creating an account with Pictory and start content creation online using their services, however, their website seems to be down. It will not let me sign up nor sign in. This screams red flag, I am glad I did not spend any money on this trash of a product or company. Fix your website.

Note that this site "TRUST pilot" is not trustworthy at all...they work with the people you are reviewing and remove your review unless you provide confidential details about who you are which would enable you to be targeted by the very people you are reviewing for their lack of ethics. Shame on both trustpilot and pictory for behaving like this. I will now take the issue with pictory to BBB and alert people there. You cannot get away with unethical and illegal behaviour and the world needs ...

Laggy

It’s a good website but for me it’s so laggy and so slow. My internet connection is good and I know it’s not because of the connection. I wonder anybody else is experiencing the same problem or not. It takes me too much time to make a short video as the website gets so laggy and so slow during the video generation and it gets too frustrating. I just closed my laptop in the middle of the work as I got so frustrated.

Pictory.AI is a very user friendly tool, the process is very simple and the visuals suggestions are also good.
