Very Slow
Very Slow, hard to upload videos and often don’t play back properly. Too many bugs in the software.

The more I use Pictory the more…
The more I use Pictory the more valuable it becomes. The product has an easy to use interface but this can be deceiving because there are a lof of features that might not be obvious at first. But it is the support that has impressed me the most. Instead of a chatbot or link to a knowledge base. I received actual information to solve my question. The interaction and the FOLLOW up from Nisha, Silky, and Mmekobong is what turned me from a customer who was two minutes from canceling the ...

Excellent tool!
Excellent tool! Very easy to use. Would love some more stock video to draw from. Also, a button to time the scenes and audio so there are no pauses. It generally does this automatically, occasionally I have long scene and audio pauses.
