Unethical; fail to offer what was paid for; poor support
Has been an ok app for a while despite some issues with hanging (slowness) and also an update that made it difficult to edit previous projects. However, as also mentioned by other reviewers here, they have recently failed to stand by their Appsumo deal which promised LIFETIME UPDATES to the PREMIUM PLAN. Specifically, they decided to make Getty videos and images available to Appsumo customers for an ADDITIONAL FEE whereas they are included in the PREMIUM PLAN for their MRR customers and so ...
