I use picmonkey a year now and recently due to email account and payment changes I got billed a yearly fee. However I’m really pleased with the support and actions I have experienced asap I raised the above issue. They responded instantly with all the explanations and choices to keep prescriptions and get a refund all in an easy email correspondence. For me this is a very professional way of dealing with their customers satisfaction. Thank you.

What do you like best about PicMonkey? Creates an easy way to edit pictures without having super techy tools. What do you dislike about PicMonkey? You can't do the most detailed things or have to pay to upgrade certain features but easy to work around. What problems is PicMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to edit images without having to pay large amounts of money for adobe products.

What do you like best about PicMonkey? What I find most useful is their vast library of graphic templates for all the mainstream social media platforms What do you dislike about PicMonkey? I don't have anything to mention at this stage What problems is PicMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you? Their predefined templates already has the right format and dimensions needed for all the social media upload requirements.

What do you like best about PicMonkey? I like that there's an online option for when you need to do a quick editing job, so you don't have to download it and invest more time that what you have. What do you like best about PicMonkey? I love the ease of access... It seemed like I could find everything I was looking for the first time I jumped in... Couldnt ask for more!!! What do you dislike about PicMonkey? There should be a few more integrations on the fix-it kind of tools... I think those can always use room for improvement. What do you like best about PicMonkey? I like that it is very easy to use. Probably the best alternative to photoshop for photo editing. It's for people who don't want to have to go through such a steep learning curve and still get their photos edited. What do you dislike about PicMonkey? What do you like best about PicMonkey? What I find so helpful about PicMonkey, Is that it's so easy to just sign up and use, and if you are a creative person you can do whatever you put your mind to.
