Great software with great functionality

PROS: Its design is one of the aspects that capture my attention most. The loading and saving process is just so light. I also like the new feature they included in the app—the summary of all jobs for all our projects. This fantastic feature is useful, and it comes with complete functionality that I need to get my work done. Kudos to the Phrase team! CONS: I have a good experience using this solution, but I just wish they could also include an invoicing feature in the future.

Great solution to build UX for all types of users

PROS: I like that the Phrase team continues to improve the app and deliver the best service to its users. As with the app’s function, I like that I can easily get the translated text contents, so I will see how they appear in our project. CONS: The app is good, but I wish there’s a convenient and easy to locate search field available elsewhere. It takes a few clicks before we could come to a search field.

A dependable ROI recomended for teams.

PROS: Memsource is a lot more efficient compared to other traditional software in its class. Typically, I would already have new translators running within 3 to 4 hours. Everyone stays within the same platform. On its own, the system is very dependable It has zero downtimes and doesn't come with vendor lock-in/data silos. It's interface is clean and has excellent customer support. CONS: At the moment, the 10 Memsource Editions available can be confusing. It'd be nice if there's some kind of ...

Easiest to use translation platform ever

PROS: Of all the solutions I’ve come across, this one is by far the easiest to use. It is user-friendly and intuitive. It provides you a clearer picture of all your tasks like it shows what you need to translate within each group. We can also structure the contents well, as we can organize multiple projects by labeling them accordingly. I like this translation management platform

PROS: I like that they always update the app with new features and tools to further improve our works. My company has been using this app for several years now, and all the updates have brought the quality of our work to a whole new level. CONS: I don’t like that their plans are merely focused on enterprise levels. When small companies or freelance developers want to use this app, they have to apply for an open-source license. I wish they could also offer something to small businesses.

Phrase team helped restore our lost data

PROS: We accidentally lost some of our data due to recklessness, and we haven’t realized that it’s happening already. Phrase helped team us recover our data and get everything back into its proper place. Thanks for their help! CONS: I don’t have an issue using this platform. It is easy to use and implement, making it a user-friendly platform for newbies and seasoned developers.

Greatest tools so far!

PROS: I like that Phase customer support is responsive to all our concerns. When it comes to how the app works, I like that I can easily organize keys through UI and push or pull them via CLI in the pipeline. It has auto-pilot functionality that helps translate all keys for all locale using Google translator. CONS: I am having a little trouble with the system implementation, but we’re just thankful that the customer support solved it immediately.

It’s a preferred CAT tool for any translation agency.

PROS: It's highly flexible. By that would mean its licenses each month. Great modes for both offline and online editing. Highly customizable. CONS: One downside. Its license has limitations to a certain number of users.

Powerful and super simple to utilize.

PROS: It's super simple to utilize. It's zippy and robust. It cover a majority of our daily requirements. We get to collaborate with our freelancers without pushing them to have a Memsource Cloud subscription. CONS: Further traceablity for both the user and job is required. As an admin, I'd like to know to who's in charge of what, when the job was assigned, and which user took the job.

Excellent software tool

PROS: Unlike other complex CATs, Memsource is the opposite. It's simple to use. What's more, it takes around half an hour or so to get used to doing things. Its clound translation system is a joy to work with at the office or even at home. CONS: Almost nothing to hate with this software. But if push comes to shove, then I'd say Memsource will have to work on its project management feature.
