PROS: We have used other translation tool before, and we’re not satisfied with the way it works. Good thing, PhraseApp comes! It works perfectly when I need to collaborate it with product translation. This is by far the most reliable tool when it comes to translation jobs. No steep learning curve!

PROS: I like that Phrase is simple and easy to use for team collaboration. Tasks can be divided per team and each member can track translations easily. Phrase is also integrated with other services, which made it more useful, efficient, and helpful for developers like us. The team behind this solution also provides prompt answers whenever we have concerns. CONS: I don’t have major problems using Phrase, but I just want to suggest something that could help improve its functions even more. ...

The experience using it was great

PROS: The software is easy to access anywhere, anytime as long as with net connection, which I think is the best thing about it. CONS: Honestly, I can't think of anything to complain about when it comes to this tool.

Awesome software

PROS: Compared to complex CATs, Memsource is a breeze to utilize. It takes around half an hour or so to get around the platform. Furthermore, its cloud translation is lets you do your work at the office, home, or even while you're on the road. I like what Memosource is offering. It's less costly compared to its competetitors. CONS: There's really nothing to hate about Memsource. But if there's want tiny thing that it needs to improve on, it would be getting their project management function ...

Simple and efficient tool

PROS: First off, I love that you can use this for free and that there's no time period that limits that free use. Even better, the user interface is similar to those already in the market. Getting used to it is not a problem at all. CONS: I wish that it was possible to have my own translation memories and glossaries attached to the tasks that I am working on because I can't do that with the current version. I am also hoping that they can also include a live sneak peek function soon.

Great solution to build UX for all types of users

PROS: I like that the Phrase team continues to improve the app and deliver the best service to its users. As with the app’s function, I like that I can easily get the translated text contents, so I will see how they appear in our project. CONS: The app is good, but I wish there’s a convenient and easy to locate search field available elsewhere. It takes a few clicks before we could come to a search field.

Easiest to use translation platform ever

PROS: Of all the solutions I’ve come across, this one is by far the easiest to use. It is user-friendly and intuitive. It provides you a clearer picture of all your tasks like it shows what you need to translate within each group. We can also structure the contents well, as we can organize multiple projects by labeling them accordingly. Greatest tools so far!

PROS: I like that Phase customer support is responsive to all our concerns. When it comes to how the app works, I like that I can easily organize keys through UI and push or pull them via CLI in the pipeline. It has auto-pilot functionality that helps translate all keys for all locale using Google translator. CONS: I am having a little trouble with the system implementation, but we’re just thankful that the customer support solved it immediately.

Could be better

PROS: Availability both in the Internet browser and desktop version; familiar interface of CAT tools.
