"PhotoShelter for Brands allows our school to easily share content with families."

What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands? PhotoShelter allows us to store and share our photos and videos in one place. It's a critical tool for engaging families in our school experience, and the privacy is a bonus. What do you dislike about PhotoShelter for Brands? One feature I dislike is the limits on the number of seats for admins. With our plan, we can only have two "seats," and we're part of a three-person team. More flexibility around enabling different-sized teams to use ...

"Good for photoshoot storage"

What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands? As a major brand we do countless of large photoshoots very often, so the fact that we're able to organize though online without having to deal with a storage spot for everyone to have access to, is a great feature. What do you dislike about PhotoShelter for Brands? Sometimes with larger folders/albums. The load time takes a while, I tend to have to wait a few minutes before I'm able to scroll through the photoshoot at a decent pace. What ...

"Pretty good digital asset management system"

What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands? Libris works in a logical way, making it easy to customize the way you organize your assets. Customer support is excellent and always friendly. What do you dislike about PhotoShelter for Brands? The creation and maintenance of metadata could be more streamlined. And other platforms offer OCR search functionality. That would be VERY USEFUL. Lightbox is also awkward; communal commenting and rating should be more intuitive and should include ...

"Great (but expensive) system for photo management"

What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands? It is really easy to set various permissions for our organization It is simple to share photos within our account and outside of it We haven't used any other system that compares. What do you dislike about PhotoShelter for Brands? Within sports, we fill our storage very quickly averaging 3,000 photos a game. New features while they seem extremely helpful, are priced beyond what we could/would pay. What problems is PhotoShelter for Brands ...

"Great platform for storage & sharing, but lacking in editing functions."

What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands? Ability to share bodies of work and give viewers varying levels of access. What do you dislike about PhotoShelter for Brands? As a photo editor who often goes through thousands of images from contributors, expanded editing functionality would be helpful. Think Photo Mechanic. What problems is PhotoShelter for Brands solving and how is that benefiting you? I had a problem with bulk adding contributers & the customer service reps added them ...

"Photoshelter Review"

What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands? The ability to search easily and build your catalog the way that makes sense for you/your company makes things so much easier than trying to fit inside someone else's mold. What do you dislike about PhotoShelter for Brands? The price. The cost for storage and what seems like a never-ending set of increases for the same amount of storage is awful. We appreciate Photoshelter adding new services, etc. But charge extra for those that wish to ...

"Quality product with lots of features."

What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands? The amount of space offered is sufficient and the upload speeds aren't throttled at all. People seem to get their photos in an efficient manner. What do you dislike about PhotoShelter for Brands? The price is pretty high for a small company. There is no real solution for small businesses needing a good DAM software. What problems is PhotoShelter for Brands solving and how is that benefiting you? It's an excellent way of organizing and ...
