The post office lost the first envelope…
The post office lost the first envelope so I emailed and they resend them no charge. This time I got them! Happy with the pictures

A quick and easy to navigate service that produced excellent results. I actually didn't need the photos mailed to my home. The photos I printed at home were approved by photoaid analysis prior to printing and were accepted with the passport application. Excellent service. Thank you.

I was a bit sceptical at the start
I was a bit sceptical at the start, as I am with most apps, and the submission of my initial photo with my passport application was rejected. However when I contacted PhotoAid they could not have been more helpful and very quick to respond. I would highly recommend using PhotoAid as they fix your photo to ensure that it meets the standard. Thanks to your team, Paul
