What do you like best? Phorest software is really easy to use. I like that you can access on your phone as well. What do you dislike? I wish the iPhone version worked as well as the mac desktop version. Ronan, hire me as a consultant, lets take Phorest from great to GREATER
What do you like best? It's well thought out and easy to use. It's cloud based which is great, every stylist has the ability to view their schedule. You as an owner have control over what they can and can not do on the system. What do you dislike? It's not designed from the users point of view. The reports are incredible
What do you like best? I love that I can keep track of everything. The reports section is incredible and helpful to keep a pulse on what’s going on in the salon when I’m not there. I love the marketing as well. We have gotten more reviews since using Photest,, than we have in the 4 years we’ve been open. It’s incredible. Best platform for salons
What do you like best? Many things to like about this software. Functionality is simple, online capabilities are far ahead of the competition and the support is great. What do you dislike? Great expereince so far!
What do you like best? The training and customer support is amazing. Reports, online booking, marketing and integrated credit card processing make my life so much easier. What do you dislike? My only concerns are the time being in military time for the reminders, the fact that clients have to log in to see the actual time when they receive a confirmation.
