Phorest Review

What do you like best? It's really easy for customers to make an appointment with the Phorest software. What do you dislike? You can't track how many hours a employee has left to work to fulfill his Pensum. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's hard to keep track of appointments and to get customers back for another appointment but with Phorest you can target these customers and get them back in the salon.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There are a lot of things I like about Phorest. I mostly like that it consistently performs well. The customer support they provided is very helpful and responsive. I'm also enjoying its simple and easy interface, as well as its added features, the branded app, as well as its text messages. Easy Salon software

What do you like best? I like how Phorest allows you to drag and move appointments, they allow you adjust the timing of the appointment without having to open up the ticket. I like how easy it is to set up schedules as well. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike about Phorest is on your phone, you can’t see your schedule a month in a months glance. You can only see week by week, and if you want to see 2 months in advance you have to scroll week by week until you get there ...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I appreciate how easy it is to set up and move appointments with this software. All I need to do is to drag an appointment, and voila! What do you like best? Its easy to use and navigate. I like that it send out client confirmation texts and emails, has a option to add more client information like address and birthdays.
