Great and Valuable Software
What do you like best? I like that fact that I am able to create tracking numbers for different aspects of a digital campaign. A clean interface and a nice product
What do you like best? I thought the product had a very visual interface, making it very easy to read and see any of the trends we were looking for. With responsive support, it was easy to set up and troubleshoot. What do you dislike? The filtering for the call history wasn't as robust as CallRail. What do you like best? It's easy to setup new numbers and build out your call tracking campaigns. The support is really responsive and helpful. It connects with zapier so I can implement automation's and other things when calls come in. What do you dislike? Great customer service and ease of use
What do you like best? The process of running reports for clients is very simple along with if you just need to do a quick snapshot, takes no time at all What do you dislike? Very minor thing, but would like to run a call report for a full year, and not be limited to a certain amount of days. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to set up automated emails to clients for them to see exactly where their leads are coming from.

What do you like best? Easy to use and understand dashboard that, as far as my experience, is quite accurate in terms of tracking campaign, caller, status and source.
