What do you like best about PhoneBurner? We just recently started the process and the training has been excellent. We spilled over the 1 hour mark so our rep provided us with a 2nd training for 1 hour to finish our set up process!

"Save time and help more people"

What do you like best about PhoneBurner? Phoneburner is a great way to save time while avoiding call reluctance. Because the calls are already tee'd up for you, you will just make the calls rather than coming up with creative ways to avoid doing what you need to do. This is a game-changer.

"Full Featured and Flexible"

What do you like best about PhoneBurner? PhoneBurner has a lot of features--power dialing, automated voice mail drops, automated email dispositions. I REALLY like that I can import a call script into the PhoneBurner app (rather than having it in a separate word doc) and I like that PhoneBurner has tools for managing contacts.

"Greatly Improved Our Ability to Actually Speak to Real People"

What do you like best about PhoneBurner? Title says it all. We're talking with four to five times more live people than we did in the past. Previously we spent a ton of time dialing and leaving voicemails. Now it's all done automatically!
