Phocus has been a game changer!

What do you like best? The ease of use and the fact that if you go wrong you can just click Phocus and the top and start again. Also I love how flexible the platform is and how you can easily manipulate the data in any arrangement you want. What do you like best? Having used Phocas over the years it is so easy and intuitive, allowing you to build simple or complex reporting dashboards for all areas of the business to see visually what is happening in the business. What do you like best? I like how all data in consolidated into one system to make it easy to access. What do you dislike? I don’t like how difficult it was to navigate through the software at first, but overtime it becomes more user friendly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are trying to allow each individual sales rep the opportunity to see their sales data instantly instead of waiting for reports to do so.

Ease of visualising complex data patterns

What do you like best? The way Phocas makes it easy to visualize the complex patterns in data is really amazing. What do you dislike? I did dislike that you can't use it offline in desktop version but now it has been fixed in web version. What do you like best? I like Phocas's ability to take mass amounts of data, and shrink it down to a small usable form. You can filter it almost any way you can think of, filters on top of filters is the key here, to fully customizing your data and how it is presented to you. The report function is also amazing, you can custom build reports, or use many of the reports that are already there to quickly glance at whatever data sets you need to, whether for progress reports, data reports, or ...

Great tool to maximize data information!

What do you like best? This tool makes it easy to transfer and look at data at a glance. It's best feature, in my opinion, is it's ability to sort and display the data in any way you want. It gives you more options than you'll ever really need. It's also got so many great reports that it can run, to automatically compare and compose data in an easily view able and understandable way. What do you like best? I really like the ease of use of Phocas. Once you get the hang of it, you can slice and dice your data or create calculations for your data. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? One of the first things I experienced is the fast shift between one data analyses to another, within seconds with only one click.
