"Easy to use platform and excellent customer service"

What do you like best about PheedLoop? The platform is easy to learn and easy to use. They have a decent amount of training videos to get you started and daily AMA hours to help if you need live support. Also very responsive to email support inquiries. Also, PheedLoop is very proactive in listening to their audience and implementing requested changes. What do you dislike about PheedLoop? What do you like best about PheedLoop? Most of the planning for a virtual/hybrid event is all in one place. What do you dislike about PheedLoop? We dislike needed to buy additional items to make the event complete. What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you? We purchased the request for proposals for this event. What do you like best about PheedLoop? I like their easy interface and able to make edits/changes on the fly, ability to have pre-set commercials running for each session so sponsors are happy. The fact that they are Canadian based company is a major reason why our Canadian Association type clients use them. What do you dislike about PheedLoop?
