"Great software and a great team"

What do you like best about PheedLoop? Pheedloop is easy to use, to the point, and looks great! The team knows what we (the customer) are looking for and are constantly adding features that make the experience better and better. What do you dislike about PheedLoop? Not much to dislike; sometimes, spacing of components on screen may overlap depending on the user's browser settings, monitor resolution, etc. Not an easy thing to fix or predict. "Great even for a novice!"

What do you like best about PheedLoop? Alot of the site is preformatted along with templates for communication. The back end reporting is extremely nice and easy to use. What do you dislike about PheedLoop? There isn't any live training; you have to watch tutorial videos and read general material from written lists What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to have our first ever virtual conference, replacing our planned in person conference.

What do you like best about PheedLoop? Event attendees rarely require any assistance when using Pheedloop for the first time. The platform is highly intuitive. What do you dislike about PheedLoop? Newly introduced paid add-ons are often offered free of charge to new customers when signing up to the Pheedloop for the first time but are not provided to existing customers to try out before buying. "PheedLoop made an intimidating event doable and enjoyable for attendees"

What do you like best about PheedLoop? Relatively easy to set up; easy for end-users to get around and enjoy the event. It was also easy for speakers and vendors to manage their own profiles, etc. What do you dislike about PheedLoop? Would be helpful to be able to talk to someone from time to time when communication via email isn't clearing up the problem or question. "Perfect solution for our meeting"

What do you like best about PheedLoop? We were holding an academic conference. Many of the other options out there could do some, but not all of the things we wanted to utilize for our meeting. Pheedloop did it all and more, including a gamification system that really boosted engagement with our attendees. What do you like best about PheedLoop? Integrates with Zoom, simple and clean layout. What do you dislike about PheedLoop? p2p connections felt a bit clunky, some users had issues making one on one video calls. What do you like best about PheedLoop? A very flexible platform that allowed us to host several different types and scales of events. Pheedloop was also very responsive with new features and keenly welcomed our feedback on future development (many of which we saw implemented). What do you dislike about PheedLoop? "Great Solution for virtual and hybrid event management."

What do you like best about PheedLoop? Uploading pre-recorded content and switching to simu-live. What do you dislike about PheedLoop? Would like for the PIP function to happen automatically so that the presentation stays live while hybrid and virtual attendees can still visit the booth and networking areas. What do you like best about PheedLoop? The product itself is great, but their customer service is above an beyond. They listened to our feedback and actually updated the platform in a future build.
