"Very supportive staff and a comprehensive platform"
What do you like best about PheedLoop? The support from the staff has been exceptional. It's a fairly steep learning curve for me but with the support staff I have been able to resolve any issues. I don't have a lot to compare these services to but the other platform we use for our online workshops are not nearly as responsive. What do you dislike about PheedLoop? "Very supportive staff and a comprehensive platform"
What do you like best about PheedLoop? The support from the staff has been exceptional. It's a fairly steep learning curve for me but with the support staff I have been able to resolve any issues. What do you like best about PheedLoop? It is pretty user friendly. I did find a few things confusing and had to contact staff, however overall it was doable for someone like me, with no website experience to set up and run a virtual conference on fairly short notice. I also love the design element of it! What do you dislike about PheedLoop? I find that when I make changes, they aren't always reflected in the virtual event when I refresh the page and I have to close it and re-open it. I wish ...

What do you like best about PheedLoop? Everything is integrated into one platform. What do you dislike about PheedLoop? I like pretty much everything. Sometimes it takes a moment to understand how things are configured on the back end but the choices make senses. What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you? Not having a physical conference has been a huge saver of money and time and increased our reach and visibility thanks to tons of shareable content

What do you like best about PheedLoop? I like that I have the flexibility to build and see my platform in real time. I also love how responsive the team is and provides support when needed.
