What do you like best about PheedLoop? I really enjoy the ability to upload data in bulk into the platform. What do you dislike about PheedLoop? I dislike the fact that I need to utilize the mobile app to access more sophisticated tracking of our attendees when visiting sessions or virtual booths. What do you like best about PheedLoop? The PheedLoop platform was very intuitive to set up, easy to navigate and had great features that saved us time through automation. The PheedLoop team is service-oriented and responsive. What do you dislike about PheedLoop? The chat feature was less intuitive for our participants because they had to go to another section of the platform. Any improvements to networking features would greatly enhance the participant experience. What problems is PheedLoop ...

What do you like best about PheedLoop? If you have any questions, they hold open floor sessions numerous times a week, or you can connect with the Support team directly via email to get a response. What do you dislike about PheedLoop? The only thing to dislike is that the Lead Retrieval can use some customization features. As of now, when you hide the tab in the Exhibitor Portal, it hides for all exhibitors globally. What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you? We are ...

What do you like best about PheedLoop? Very accessible price wise and easy to use. The support team is responsive and they're always looking to implement new features. What do you dislike about PheedLoop? We'd love to see more ways to custom brand communications from pheedloop to better mirror our branding. Automations within the system can be clunky at times.
