"Fantastic platform and user friendly"

What do you like best about PheedLoop? I found the platform easy to create and had all aspects we were looking for in a virtual conference platform. What do you dislike about PheedLoop? A few minor glitches but that would be expected with any major virtual conference platform. What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you? Might continue with a hybrid virtual conference moving forward as we were able to reach more members virtually and members found the platform easy to use.

Training - needs some improvement to deal with items for those who are not programmers or frequent users of video training. What do you like best about PheedLoop? Administrators can customize different sections of PheedLoop to fit the individual needs of each meeting. What do you dislike about PheedLoop? PheedLoop could have more detailed post show reports. A little more customization on various items related to exhibitors and importing attendees. What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you? We have been able to continue offering meetings and events during a pandemic by utilizing PheedLoop.

What do you like best about PheedLoop? The platform is very easy to understand and user friendly. What do you dislike about PheedLoop? Some back end technical issues identified. No on-site support What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to run all events virtually now and incorporate panel discussions, sessions and exhibits.

What do you like best about PheedLoop? The platform provides a great virtual environment and the support team is there whenever you need assistance or have questions. What do you dislike about PheedLoop? The ever changing functionality of Zoom/ platform can once in a while lead to a change in process. What do you like best about PheedLoop? Pheedloop is a great platform for virtual conferences, the user interface is easy to navigate and understand. They are constantly adding new features and always open to feedback from their clients. On the administrator side the set up is easy to understand and you can create customized experiences based on the specific needs of your program easily. The KnowledgeBase has all you need to get started - with lots of room for customization, pre-recorded content and creativity to match organization branding and spark attendees interest throughout an event.
