What do you like best? A great tool for managing employee spending. Each employee is given a set budget for the month that is loaded onto their cards. Can easily empower the employee to spend wisely. Once transactions are downloaded into Quickbooks desktop, reconciliations are very straightforward and easy to complete. What do you dislike? Our cards have been compromised a few times. Excellent solution to credit cards

What do you like best? I like to be able to set up budgets by card users, collect receipts with the app and being able to replace cards as needed without the hassle of the credit card companies. It is very easy to activate and deactivate from your phone app/tablet or computer and transfer funds. You can create a hierarchy and transfer funds between locations that allow the locations to have an administrator and be able to transfer from locations to the cardholder/card users. What do ...

Easy to manage

What do you like best? I like that I am able to check my balances at any time and easily see when funds were spent What do you dislike? We are notable to have other staff buy gift cards What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to control the amount each schools spends and making it fair across the board. Special buys can be added at any time and ready to use right away

Easy to use!

What do you like best? I like how easy you can transfer money from card to card. Also the receipt upload is amazing! It really helps with the hassle of remembering to keep and turn in receipts to the office. What do you dislike? The transfer of money from bank to PEX account sometimes takes up to 7 days so that would be the only dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? PEX has stepped us into the future and the future is now.

What do you like best? The ease of managing accounts with these is beyond simple. We manage approximately thirty teams a year that need funds at different times and the speed of moving their money as requested is amazing. It used to take us days to move money around between accounts but now it's seconds. What do you dislike? Great cash management tool

What do you like best? Enjoy the ease of use of the application. Makes managing all the cards very easy. I never have to call in for help, I can do it myself. What do you dislike? I wish their cards had the chip function. Otherwise it's been a great tool for our ministry. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've been able to simplify our cash management process. It is easy to know where money is being spent and regulate it internally.

Easy to use and Very Efficient

What do you like best? I love the ability for the individuals who hold debit cards to upload receipts immediately after a purchase assigning the receipt to a purchase with notes to it so that it's less likely they will lose the receipt or forget why they made the purchase. Easy To Use

What do you like best? Great App with ease of use. You can easily view transactions and upload receipts. Transactions also show up immediately, so you don't have to wait to upload your receipts. What do you dislike? I have not really found anything yet that I dislike about the app. It works great, doesn't seem to have any issues, and is very easy to use.
