"Great Perks for all"
What do you like best about Perkbox? The range of perks and benefits is great, there seems to be something for everyone. Customer support is great too - had an issue with a flexipoint purchase and they resolved and refunded really fast.

I had a problem completing the January…
I had a problem completing the January Bingo feature on the Perkbox homepage and I reached out to the Support Team on Chat, and Sofie was able to get me a very quick solution so I was able to complete the bingo card and enter the draw. Excellent service, many thanks again!

Great until there is an issue
Great until there is an issue. Pay a monthly fee but when the issuing of a voucher is a problem they aren’t interested.

Voucher doesn’t work and refund was denied
Ordered a John Lewis & Partners gift voucher to use that Waitrose Cellar as their site says they accept these vouchers. When I was trying to use the voucher, the code doesn’t go through. After speaking to Perkbox customer service I was told these John Lewis vouchers are not accepted in Waitrose Cellar and now they can’t refund me either as I agreed with their T&Cs. Spoke to the customer service agent and also to her manager, Emily, and still nothing was sorted. Very frustrating experience ...

What do you like best about Perkbox? We like that you are able to do staff polls on here which are easy to organise and share. We also like the range of perks avaialble, there is something for everyone.
