Efficient Customer service

We use Perkbox as the main benefits and rewards platform for our employees. The range of discounts and saving offers is huge and there is something for everyone. In addition to that customer service is always available to assist you if you experience any issue with the platform or just to clarify its functionality.

Excellent Communication!

I requested a refund on a £25 voucher; despite researching to make sure I selected the correct voucher, the products the voucher qualified for, were unsuitable for me. (KeepCup bottle available was clear plastic bottle but I don’t drink from plastic containers for health reasons; so incorrectly thought the voucher applied to the metal bottle.) Charlatans

They "expire" the points after 12 months that your business has paid for to reward your employees. This means most of the promised "Perks", including bottles of wine and cases of beer and whatnot, which would actually be quite nice little perks every couple of years, can never be enjoyed as they just swallow the money up 🤷‍♂️ Think carefully about the consequences of this on your employees' good will.
