Great support from Lauren

After experiencing some really poor service from Currys, Lauren from Perkbox was such a contrast in how she helped get us a refund: quick to respond, friendly and just reassuring which is what we needed after all the hassle with Curry's. Solved the problem the same day!

Purchased a voucher for Waitrose with…

Purchased a voucher for Waitrose with the end of my credit limit. The app had a malfunction, and the voucher wasn’t issued. Took hours to get an initial response of “everything is fixed” while nothing was fixed. Only a day later I got another response stating they are willing to reinstate the voucher, and hours later another email stating they failed and issued a refund that will take up to 5 days. The voucher use was misrepresented and…

The voucher use was misrepresented and i purchased £1,000. As soon as I realised the retailer wouldn't accept the voucher (less than 2 mins after I purchased it) I contacted Perk Box. The attitude was shocking, and they refused point blank to help me. I will now have to go legal on this.

Got my points removed during mat leave

I got 200 Flexi points removed from my wallet that I had left accumulating during my maternity leave while I didn't have access to the app as was logged out. I asked for support and they apologised for the inconvenience but will not credit my points back. Very disappointed for how they can rob a mother on maternity leave and just say they cannot be of further help Edit: as you can see from the company response they couldn't care less. After having an issue with a voucher…

After having an issue with a voucher not loading after being purchased, I was advised that I was unable to receive a refund due to the supplier rejecting the request. After explaining my circumstances (getting married in 2 months) and frustration to Amber, as a goodwill gesture she very kindly ensured that a refund was processed. We use Perkbox all the time and are very happy with our experience. Thanks again Amber @ Customer happiness team.

Physical order 100% refund

I was waiting for my physical order since early Jan24 when the delivery was supposed to happen in max 5 weeks. I have contacted Perkbox 10Mar24 (Sunday) and immediately received feedback the next day. In just a couple of day my perks were 100% refund and the respective supplier was removed from their possible offers, which for me indicates that action was taken, throw the entire supply chain.
