Great service
Spoke on the digital chat at around 7:30 in the morning and then got an email by around 10am. Very speedy response and I was provided instructions on what to do. Lovely correspondence. Filled me with confidence knowing I can contact them at any time. Thank you for your service provided.

Really disappointing
I hate to do this but I must leave this review for any business trying to join this service. Initially it looks great and sounds great, after many staff members not finding the best benefits in using the services we asked to cut it short. They declined and instead said we can bring the price down to make sure it’s as helpful as possible. What do you like best about Perkbox? I really like the Wellbeing content on Perkbox, there's some really useful webinars available and now that it's all included, it's much better. The Perks are great, when I remember to use them!

A business that has lost its way.
In the years I have been with them they have lost all of their customer focus, watered down the value of their offer, increased their charges and generally feel like they have given up. They were great to start with, but not any more.

"Fun, engaging and always helpful"
What do you like best about Perkbox? Who doesn't like to save money? Perkbox helps our staff get the best out of their money in so many different ways. I will always push staff to download PB on their phones, so they can carry it around with them. If they find themselves standing in line in a shop, I always say to them "check PB for a discount" because more often than now, they will have one! I also like how helpful Perkbox staff are when we have an Admin issue. They are always at hand to ...
