Today I bought a 65.5 pound voucher for M&S, end up it took me more than half hour to get it redeemed whenever I have already left the shop. Be aware to get a voucher whenever you need it in place.

I love Perkbox
I love Perkbox - i use it several times a week for a free coffee or whenever i buy groceries - the 4% at the supermarkets rapidly builds up! I recently had an issue with a retailer voucher and Perkbox sorted it for me and kept me very well informed throughout the whole process. It's one of my favourite perks :-)

Voucher not accepted
I ordered a voucher for Currys through Perkbox. Currys subsequently cancelled my order, and say it'll take 48 hours, or possibly 7 to 14 days, to restore the credit on the voucher. This is no good to me – the voucher was described as "instant" so I expected transactions to be instant. Olivia from the Perkbox team refused to assist or issue a refund.
