"Great system for keep up with goals and performance"

What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management? There are lots of ways to enter goals to keep up with performance. I also like the email reminders, it helps to keep everyone accountable for entering their goals. What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management? I wish there was more color to keep the user engagement. What problems is PerformYard Performance Management solving and how is that benefiting you? No problems at the moment.
