"Great onboarding experience and easy platform to navigate"

What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management? It is great to be able to provide feedback and share it to our Slack channel. Also, being able to solicit feedback is a tool I hope we start to use frequently. I like being able to see quickly from my dashboard what assigned reviews are outstanding.
