"The UI is a little wonky"
What do you like best about Performio? The monthly graph for payouts. The metrics are nice. What do you dislike about Performio? Having to select the dropdown to go to previous months. Hovering over the graph nodes shows total number for region, rather than my personal payable. What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you? I am solving how much my monthly commission will be.

What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to track all your targets, your incentives which you will get, your variable pay, etc.

"Exceptionally motivating product"
What do you like best about Performio? The motivation factor it provides the team on a personalised level. What do you dislike about Performio? It is only as good as the information the company pops into it would like to see a forecasted finish position built in to stop the head math. What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes you quantify the difference you are making
