What do you like best about Performance Pro? I appreciate the automated features that make things easier on the Administrator and the Managers. I like all the notifications and reminders as well.

What do you like best about Performance Pro? Performance Pro is easy to use for both users and administrators. Support tools are great and live help is available which is a huge bonus. All questions are answered quickly and you don't have to wait days to receive an emailed response.

"Performance Pro makes it so easy to complete a consistent and fair performance appraisal."
What do you like best about Performance Pro? It is so easy to use. I also like that the system reminds us of when the reviews are due and reminds us again when they go past due, with reminders every week until they are done. If I do have an issue, their customer service is very helpful and very patient.

What do you like best about Performance Pro? Customizable goals with milestones are a great feature. I've been using Performance Pro for close to 20 years and the software keeps getting better. The chat feature is great to get help and suggestions are used in updates.

Performance Pro has allowed us to move away from a manual performance appraisal process to an automated system that encourages managers to keep performance notes, including goals, all in one place. The system is highly customizable allowing us to make adjustments that align with our language and processes. We are on our way to making performance management easier for our managers and ensuring that our employees have consistent and ongoing feedback.
