"OKRs and strategy planning all in one"

What do you like best about Perdoo? Perdoo has facilitated our move away from an annual planning cycle into a more agile, quarterly OKR rhythm. The tool helps everyone stay on top of updates and helps us have much more productive meetings across the org. The inclusion of KPIs in the tool also helps as we used to try to track some of these things as OKRs. Now we separate them out, and people seem to understand our goal system much better. What do you like best about Perdoo? I like the data and user-friendly system. The free version is a good deal. What do you dislike about Perdoo? Currently not being too critical in using Perdoo. It's doing good. Recommendations to others considering Perdoo: Easy to navigate and great user interface. What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of my personal goals in my company.

"Simple and convenient way to keep on top of your goals"

What do you like best about Perdoo? Check-ins to update goals are great. Once a week, we update all our goals, and can get complete transparency about how things are progressing. Useful notifications help us keep on top of our goals. When we used a spreadsheet, things got lost and it quickly became unmanageable to track all those goals. It's great that we can also share our strategic plan in Perdoo and tie it together with goals to deliver it. What do you dislike about Perdoo? Nothing yet. ...

"Keep aligned and foster transparency"

What do you like best about Perdoo? The ease with which you can share your strategy and the goals that you're working on to deliver it. Leadership has insight through dashboards, weekly emails, and can create custom reports if needed. It's made team meetings much more structured, with reliable data going into the system, linking to other parts of our stack for updated goals. What do you dislike about Perdoo? "Simple but effective platform for OKRs & strategy"

What do you like best about Perdoo? The combination of software and coaching is excellent, and both coaches we've had are superb. Really know their stuff. If you're using OKRs, make them transparent in Perdoo and connect them to your strategy on the Roadmap. What do you like best about Perdoo? We were looking for a tool that would help us communicate strategy and deliver it through OKRs. Perdoo seems to do exactly that. Leadership can set out the strategy, and everyone can think critically about how they can best support it. The check-ins feature is great too, and nice that we can complete them in Slack. What do you like best about Perdoo? 1. Auto-notifications not to forget to update the metrics 2. Cascading/linking key metrics an top-level initiative 3. Easy to organize any orgstruct and see where everyone at. What do you dislike about Perdoo? Difficulties to link key metrics/initiatives to Project Management tools like Trello/GitHub (=kind of duplication between the two systems). Everyone knows where we stand.

What do you like best about Perdoo? The ease in which we can track each others OKRs. The graphs help as well. What do you dislike about Perdoo?
