One of the best transactional email platforms

What do you like best? The support team is always ready to help in many ways. The platform is evolving in a good direction, it is a very simple tool to use that has the ability to help you with really little effort. Also, the rates are really competitive. If you are a small company, Pepipost is for you. What do you dislike? Some days deliverability isn't in good shape. Also UI can improve, but I don't consider this an issue. Easy and reliable service for transactional emails

What do you like best? I love the fact that I can check the status of an email (ie received, rejected, bounced, etc). The interface and user experience is very pleasant. The level of customer support is second to none. I haven't tried calling them, but through the support chat you can reach somebody almost instantaneously at any time. Very nice service to send email

Using Pepipost has resulted in a very high rate of email sent to the inbox, and with the Warmup plan, I learned how to keep that rate as the number of emails to be sent increases.I am very happy with Pepipost.

This is the WORST email delivery platform every.

This is the WORST email delivery service you would ever use. The email delivery is so poor, it would show you 99% bounced on your double-opt in list. Due to shared IP, GSuite/GMail addresses will blacklist your domain as soon as you start sending. The refund system is broken and you can't unlink your card or cancel the plan. Worst customer support ever from a corporate level

Once I was in a trial mode, they approved my account after review but won't allow me to upgrade because of their strict policy. Suddenly, I started reaching me to reconsider and then called several times to set up a meeting with the boss, Tim. The meeting went smoothly, and they assured us we are a good move toward the next step (Documentation) and then totally ghosted out. No more response to any email or call. Totally unprofessional and disgusting behaviour.

Awesome Support Team

What do you like best? The low time to approve a domain. Very helpful support team. What do you dislike? Nothing at all. It is a amazing easy to use product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have just started testing Pepipost for our SMTP. I will update this in a couple of days for the benefits we have realized.
