What do you like best? Technical Support is attentive and very responsible, the tools have many features that other similar don't have or charge extra What do you dislike? Particularly nothing, so far I have all the promised Recommendations to others considering the product: Give a try What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The API is decent. We get everything done that we need. They also provide unsubscribing, blacklisting.Support is great, always get someone to deal with our problems.Also we have received support regarding dropped email rate due to email template/format etc.And great price as well.All around: would recommend
