"Great Alternative to Group Health Insurance"

What do you like best about PeopleKeep? I like the ability to offer benefits that staff can tailor to their own circumstances and to have a streamlined way to manage reimbursements. PeopleKeep documentation and blogs are full of helpful information and my experience with customer support has been positive. Alerts and reminders are sent out in advance where there are reporting or filing requirements and that's helpful in making sure we are in compliance.

"Excellent Customer Service"

What do you like best about PeopleKeep? I like the ease of getting my questions in a very timely/knowledgeable timeframe. The customer service (Angela Light) and her team are very efficient and friendly!

There is no customer service from PeopleKeep

There is no customer service from PeopleKeep. Their software is not accurate in tracking reimbursements. If you find an error, then they require you to schedule an appointment, which ends up been weeks out.

"Major problems with the software"

What do you like best about PeopleKeep? One of the few ICHRA providers, since this is a new benefit that companies can offer. Not much good to say about this. What do you dislike about PeopleKeep?

The top rated reviews are from 2 and 3 years ago. BEWARE

If you look, there is only one recent review, and that review rates PeopleKeep as terrible. That is also my experience. Customer service--there really isn't any. There is absolutely no way to talk to anyone! The "chat" is NOT LIVE. You key in your question and then wait days to receive an email response. OR there is no response at all. Arrgh. PeopleKeep was recommended to me as it is less costly than "the other company." Do your employees a favor and spend the dollars to get a company that ...

After offering our employees a product…

After offering our employees a product through Zane/PeopleKeep for years, I would never recommend them. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with & their response time to requests is zero. No dedicated rep. They have left our company hanging without support. It is sad and upsetting to see this happen. At one time they were a decent company.

DON'T use them!!

DON'T use them!!! Never able to reach them by phone when you need to speak with them. I had to schedule a call back and it is 10 days out!

Every time I have to use this benefit…

Every time I have to use this benefit it's like pulling f***ing teeth. Treatment plans and receipts for payment are never enough for these people. You have to pay huge upfront costs and wait for reimbursement if they deem you worthy of "approval". This service is bulls**t
