PeopleKeep was very good. Not any more

PeopleKeep was very good. I used them for one of my companies for two years with no problems. When I went to sign up my second company recently, the prices had tripled. I was in a hurry and didn't really notice. What I did notice, was when they charged my card a second (unauthorized) time the next day. After speaking with them, all they have to say is that they 'recalculated' and decided that I owed them more. I will have to look for alternatives now.

Never use this product!

We only used this product for a couple of months and it was the worst experience ever! Customer support would never answer our questions, we would follow up numerous times and would have to fight for a response. When we closed our account, PeopleKeep sent us a general reminder to file paperwork required by law. There is an error on the tax reports…

There is an error on the tax reports that we did not receive from them until after the deadline. The soonest we can get a meeting to correct this is a month after we reported it. Half of our employees will have to file an extension because of them.

STAY CLEAR!! Do not use this company.

I would put a zero if I could. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY. It takes weeks to resolve issues. Obviously understaffed and unresponsive customer service issues.

"Bad Customer Service"

What do you like best about PeopleKeep? The only upside I can think of is at least it's cheaper than sponsoring group health insurance. What do you dislike about PeopleKeep?

"Poor Customer Service, Terrible Website"

What do you like best about PeopleKeep? For this type of employee reimbursement, there were only two companies to choose from. I went with PeopleKeep because there weren't many options.

Do NOT recommend this company

I signed up with them in 2022 and they charged me for 2021. They auto-renewed me for 2023 and refuse to refund the charge even though I haven't used them since March of 2022. Customer service is terrible. You can't even schedule a call for a month. Their website won't even let you get to your profile, it just keeps logging you out. Avoid them at all costs.

Beware --no support once you sign up

I would not recomment them at all. I signed up and have not been able to get in touch with customer support for weeks. Their chat is not functional and their actual live person is not available for weeks. I set up an appointment and they cancelled the support meeting twice! There is no support at all.

"Such a waste of time and money. Along with horrific service"

What do you like best about PeopleKeep? Nothing. They reimburse healthcare and then state they reimburse for procedures but will never pay out even after weeks of getting multiple invoices to satisfy them. No reimbursement for medical procedures, medical supplies or anything else as your healthcare reimbursement is all that is covered under their guise of a company. There is ZERO customer service

There is ZERO customer service, you can't get a person on the phone and the 'schedule a call' is not available for more than 3 business days. I'm currently looking for another provider unless they can fix this issue. It seems other have been having this same experience.
