Great service for me

Really Happy
Really Happy. Our staff records were originally all over the place and we have around 300 employee's but getting up and running was easy enough, we have our own project manager who is very helpful.They they take on our feedback through the live chat.Chats are usually responded to within 30 minutes, always polite and knowledgeable. Employee's love the mobile app.Building our own screens has really helped too. Reporting is amazing

a simple software easy to use
What do you like best? The tool is really simple, you can get an overview of all the team very quickly. Also the planner is amazing and flexible What do you dislike? The interface is a bit old style. Also switching from a panel to another cause a reload of the browser. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy managing of the country staff! Really quick overview of the performance review!

Stuck with them for now but will switch at the next opportunity. UPDATE: THE COMPANY I WORK FOR WAS THREATENED TO HAVE THE ACCOUNT CLOSED FOR NEGATIVE REVIEWS COMING FROM STAFF. BEWARE!!

Not happy about the quality of the software. The user experience design flow is terrible and difficult to use.

Bad customer service
Ongoing issues with holiday entitlement during the set up. Our staff don't work a typical 9-5. Seems that when they have your money it is then difficult to get in touch with anyone. One reason we choose the system was because it is advertised as integrating with rota cloud which we were already using, however further developments are needed for this to work adequately. I finally insisted a manager call me, someone did, 24 hours later but was not a manager and didn't solve my problem. I ...

Overrated - sub standard product, worse after sales service
Garbage software, does not have basic functionality for tracking.You cant lock period after payroll processed, you cant have proper vacation accruals done automatically (even through they say you can) you cant stop it either! This is at the time I am writing the review. The way query works also make it a lot of work outside the software in excel to get results for payroll. If you are looking for a software just for logging employee history/information, this is not bad, if you want something ...

Not a pleasant experience for us
A weird experience. We decided on implementing PeopleHR but it did not meet with our expectations as a multi-site, flexible organisation. Unengaged implementation consultant that obviously had no hand over from the sales process. Also, some things on the platform were very UK-based and not customisable. When we tried to give our feedback to improve our cooperation I was contacted by an executive manager. I was not allowed to reach out to our sales rep or senior manager to understand where ...

Very poor customer service
I was extremely disappointed with People HRs level of customer service. After reaching out on their IM messaging with an issue I had to wait well over 30 minutes. After replying then to a message from a member of staff asking to access the system ( I responded and gave access in 3 minutes) I had to wait a further 25 minutes to get a reply. After asking me another question to which I immediately answered I was kept waiting again. Whilst waiting an age for response I even rang their office ...

Super Super Super
Super Super Super, we rolled out the HR module and the Performance module. Really happy with the implementation, and the onsite training was invaluable. The flexibility of the Performance module with a key thing for us, we have some staff that do quarterly reviews and some that do 6 monthly based on job role.
