What do you like best? I love the Thanks section at PeopleHR, it allows you to thank you co-workers giving badges! It's amazing! And we also use the badges to select our employee of the month: each badge you give to a co-worker is a vote; the employee with the most number of badges on that specific month is the winner, the chosen one for the Employee of the Month.
