Excellent end-to-end HCM Platform

Would highly recomend for organisations seeking a platform that is a hire-to-retire solution and can be used for functions such as performance management and employee engagement.

peopleHum: The best HCM platform out there!

I have been using peopleHum for the past year now and have zero complaints so far.It's an attractive interface, clean design and a plethora of tools help in managing everything from recruitment to feedback. It is truly Godsent!

Great HCMS tool

I have been using peopleHum for more quite sometime now, and have seen the productivity boom up. The platform is highly flexible and very user friendly. It gives a complete personalized human experience. As an employee its been so easy to apply for leaves or tracking of my own goals and KPI's. Highly recommended if you believe in higher productivity in the most minimal cost.

Best HR software with user friendly UI

Good Maintenance of Database and User-Friendly and the workforce is very user friendly. Here we can manage all our employees, timesheets, Invoices & much more. Since a year am using the tool. Really nothing to complain about. It does what it says it does, the cost is very reasonable for what it offers and it is constantly developing features.

I really liked this HR soft (especially the calendar view for holiday!), unfortunately our silly HR manager decided to change for a much worse soft; well actually 2 softwares as we now have to use 2 SAAS to get all the features we had in PeopleHR... nonsense

We have to use the People HR for work…

We have to use the People HR for work but since lunching V4.0 I cannot access this on my android mobile. This is very frustrating as the previous version was brilliant. I put the one time number password in and then it tells me it's not valid, when in fact it was correct, have to then put in another code and this goes on and on, very frustrating. Our workforce struggle now with the timesheet section as not as easy to use. All our workforce are not pleased with the V4.0

Arghhhhhhhhhhhh HR - nice idea, awful user experience

What do you like best? Having a single portal for all HR, including appraisals, applying for leave etc is a great idea. What do you dislike? The user experience is just awful, and have ended up emailing docs as system often just hangs. The navigation is confusing - frequent tasks are not signposted, and you end up clicking a lot of times before you find what you need. Chat support is slow / non-existent in my recent experience. What problems are you solving with the product? ...
