Quite possibly the worst system I have ever used.

I have used many systems in my career and this is quite possibly the worst system I have used. As an ATS it lack the absolute basic functionality that you need. As a HR systems Its super restrictive and feels like they have started to develop bits of different systems but never finished any of them. At this point if feels like a glorified document storage platform. There are so many better systems for similar money. Don't waste your time with this one.

Best HCM platform!

peopleHum assist the organization with all basic and advanced needs in running HR activities and also provides a great user interface that is very user friendly like a social media platform. The performance management module is over the top and assists in the entire appraisal cycle. Would highly recommend using this platform!

Best product in the market at the best price

peopleHum is one of the best platforms in the market. It does the work of 16 tools all by itself. It does everything from hiring, performance management, OKR, huddle, to retirement. And the pricing is an add on!

As an employee

As an employee, I dread using this. It fails endlessly. You never know if your holidays have actually been put in. The system seems to have so many faults, to the point that I now just send a message to management to book days off. Its terrible!

Solid HR Platform

What do you like best? I like that PoepleHR provides a one-stop-shop for all HR needs. What do you dislike? I do not like that the user interface really doesn't nice and up to date compared to other HR platforms. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? In terms of problems solved with PeopleHR, we are able to sign documents, arrange personal information, and schedule days off for PTO.

Matt is always extremely patient and helpful. He understands that what is obvious to him is not always obvious to the admin user of the People system. He is very responsive and gets back to you very quickly which is hugely appreciated. He is always calm and reassuring when we get in a muddle and always comes up with a solution. A real asset to your company.

Been using peopleHum for more than a year now and this platform keeps exceeding my expectations in every way. Takes care of every aspect of your employee lifecycle at each phase. Very easy to use and super-efficient. Especially impressed with the kind of data it generates in terms of employee performance.
