What do you like best about PeopleGoal? It's robustness. The new app store acts like a command center where cross-functional teams within the company can find and create solutions for their specific needs while maintaining access to general company processes like onboarding and company surveys.

PeopleGoal helped us improve the overall performance of our team and we were able to achieve this by identifying the best performers and by sharing their best practices. We love using the goals and feedback apps and we have recently introduced engagement surveys which combined with 360 feedback they gives great insights.

PeopleGoal helped us reduce the number of systems we use in our company for people processes. The software is easy to use and very well designed. It makes it easy to follow the process and keep track of where you are in the process. It's also straightforward to make changes and configure its process.
