What do you like best about PeopleForce? I like such features as: - personal profiles; - calendars that show the workload for a support team, anniversaries, birthdays, holidays, etc; - abilities to add different policies; - page with info about 1 on 1. What do you like best about PeopleForce? The system is quite deep in terms of functioning. After the initial data import it is quite intuitive to implement all the processes and even so the Customer Success team is always available for a quick sync or an extensive implementation meeting. Overall we had 5 implementation meetings after which I felt quite confident to present the system to the rest of my team. What do you dislike about PeopleForce? "The best HR platform."
What do you like best about PeopleForce? Friendly interface, many useful tools such as performance review, surveys, assess 360 degree, etc. Oh, and company calendar! I'm loving it) What do you dislike about PeopleForce? There are some problems with anonymous in surveys, but manager said that they will fix it. What problems is PeopleForce solving and how is that benefiting you? All HR staff.
